A pair of new red-band trailers have arrived online for Bad Neighbours, in which Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne find their domestic bliss shattered by the arrival of a fraternity next door.
Headed up by Zac Efron (looking, as Rogen puts it, “like something a gay guy designed in a lab”), the new neighbours don’t take too kindly to having the cops shut down their first party, and relations soon become strained…
Soon enough, it’s all-out war between the older generation and the new, as Rogen and Byrne swiftly make the decision to take things down to Efron’s level.

Our favourite scene so far? Rogen losing his rag with “Sam Jackson” over getting his Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown speeches mixed up. Lovely stuff…
Directed by Nicholas Stoller and co-starring Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Lisa Kudrow, Bad Neighbours will open in the UK on 3 May 2014.
