The first full-length trailer for David Michod's Sci-Fi Western The Rover is here.
And it looks as gritty, brutal and gripping as we were hoping.
Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson show prominent dramatic chops in the trailer below, in a tale that follows a loner (Pearce) as he hunts down the gang who stole his car from a desolate town in the outback, with the forced assistance of a wounded man (Pattinson) left behind by said gang.
It it's even half as brilliant as Michod's last film Animal Kingdom, we're in for a very interesting ride.
The Rover is in UK cinemas 14 June 2014.
