A new international trailer has appeared online for Guardians Of The Galaxy , featuring more plot details, action and Rocket Raccoon!
The new trailer gives us a brief taste of Star-Lord's backstory, along with some crowd-pleasing new footage of Rocket bantering with the aforementioned leader of this merry band of misfits.
This latest teaser is a lot less offbeat than the previous efforts, with far more focus placed on traditionally epic, superhero story beats. However, there are still some very big laughs to savour too…

Anyone else laugh out loud at Vin Diesel's brilliantly gormless, "I'm Groot"? We thought as much. Looks like the dynamic between he, Star-Lord and Rocket is going to be a real treat.
Directed by James Gunn and co-starring Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper and Benicio del Toro, Guardians Of The Galaxy opens in the UK on 1 August 2014.
