The new film is set long before the haunting of the Lambert family, and follows Stefanie Scott’s luckless teen, who appears to be being targeted by a malicious supernatural force.
This first trailer is built around a single bedroom-based set-piece, and manages to wring out some considerable tension before delivering its pay-off.
