Bryan Cranston to star in The Infiltrator

Bryan Cranston has confirmed his next major movie project, with the actor set to star in forthcoming thriller, The Infiltrator.

Based on the autobiography by Robert Mazur, the film will see Cranston star as the aforementioned Customs and Excise agent, and his undercover alias, Bob Musella.

Famed for cracking drug-smuggling operations, the story follows Mazur as he takes on his most formidable target to date – a bank laundering millions of dollars for drug lord Pablo Escobar.

Cranston will team up with director Brad Furman, with the pair having previously worked together on The Lincoln Lawyer back in 2011.

With principle photography set to kick off in January 2015 on location in London, Paris and Florida, expect further casting to be announced in the coming weeks…
